The pine cones are part of Accenture's decors which they bring out around this time of the year, to prove to their employees that the company also looks forward to celebrating Christmas.
I say the above statement, knowing full well that I've seen these same acorns last year (and most possibly the year before). Not that I've anything against recycling of decors, mind you... after all, I do it too. Man, I'm still on the fence as to whether these pine cones are the real deal or if they're synthetic. If they are the read deal, then I can only imagine to trees where these came from. I mean, during my childhood in one of those trips to Baguio, the largest pine cone I could pick up was just slightly larger than my palm (and I was a kid then).
