This is a new training released to replace the really poor excuse of a refurbished training that used to be Leadership Skills for New Supervisors - and I know because I used to conduct the workshop until it was chop chopped into something unrecognizable.
So, once the impetus to finally replace LSNS came through, I had to volunteer to be part of it's supposed launch - and lucky for me that Jingo was able to volunteer too. After all, with handling a new training, I wouldn't ask for anyone better as a partner. The funny part was that we weren't given full access to the training materials - all of it, so even we were surprised by the videos. That ans some inside info that other teams tried to conduct this as well, and fell very short of time. We then made sure that this was not to be a problem (specially with me handling the rear half of the training days).
Needless to say, we came out with flying colors - as expected, I might add with some semblance of pride and confidence in our facilitation skills.
