Apparently, it seems that the residences here in Cebu never grow tired of their native specialty, and I am not surprised, as many more lechon-related stuff seem to be cropping up in the city proper.
This one in particular, the Ayers brand, is offering spicy lechon in an open field in the middle of the E block 2 location.
Well Ariel and I tried this... but did not stay too long as we had our plane to catch in the Mactan airport. We also needed to leave right away because today is supposedly an island-wide fiesta in Mactan... so we can expect heavy traffic. I did not get Ayers - though I tasted it... all because I'm conditioned to get some Zubuchon frozen lechon before I board my flight.
