Mike, Mon and Sheila... what would make them go under one roof? Simple, a long overdue Bacardi night - plenary version (meaning this is for the larger group, as opposed to the smaller subsets that may happen often).
Who else showed up? Marie, myself, Brian and Marimel of course (since Mike's in the picture), while JJ followed. So technically, for a plenary, there wasn't that many people, due to conflicts in schedules or - in Fiel's case, distance (being on a trip to Rome). I made two different Bacardi Mojitos drinks - though I did not spike them too much, as I was still recovering from my Cebu trip (plus I was driving, too). We're hoping to do a repeat of this by X-mas... hope we're not too busy.
