Barbie and I had agreed to have dinner with Tito Joseph, at least once before he leaves for the U.S.
Remember that a few days ago (the 4th) we had Mama's 75th birthday, and Tito Joe - with the help if the Internet and Facebook, did receive our announcement about it, and he did pop into the Philippines just for the occasion. Talk about long distance travel just to attend ma's birthday.
We ended up in a Japanese restaurant (and a pricey one at that), and found the time to talk, listen and share relatively good (enough) food.
