Day 188 Oct. 13, 2012

Presentation day:

Today, instead of having a regular class day, I was informed by my students that they will be having their presentation of the products that they intend to design, develop and package. It was a slightly frustrating thought that what little time I had preparing them for such their exam was not to be - but when I saw their products, I have to say that I was impressed.

There were chocolates that were laced with chili; to give it that extra bite... burgers made from goat meat; chocolates with liqueur; a chair that could transform into a step ladder, and my personal favorite (and apparently, most of the faculty, plus the college president agreed), which is  Pumpkin wine. I had a few shots of this - and boy, was it potent. But it tasted real good.

So yeah... this was definitely a delightfully different Saturday for me in G.I.C.
