Leader's Window has been around for years - so both Mon and I have conducted this as partners and separately. We've got this conduct plotted like the back of our hands. That is to say, this is one training that we can apply total control over, as we know it front to back - top to bottom, and any which way you look.
That said, we can conduct it (and have done so) in any needed way - we can lengthen discussions or streamline talking points... but whatever it is we so, it all boils down to giving the training as anticipated. Oh well... like I said, cake walk. Tiring in terms of talking... but we're used to this. It's more talking on automatic, with us just going through the motions.
