Much as I hate to say it, I'm beginning to think that I'm being placed in this training because I'm one of two people who can understand - and therefore, teach it. But really... is this the case?
I wouldn't complain at all, but it seems that I'm falling into a rut. It's either this or Estimating or Packaged Analysis or Design. Meanwhile, others are probably getting the same course again and again, it can get boring with them as well. So why don't we rotate? That is a very good question... one I might broach to Malou real soon - and for that matter, why can't we sit in other conducts, to learn about them? I mean... granted, I did not sit in on some Train the Trainers sessions, but if our competition can sit in and get accredited, why can't we do the same?
I mean, if it weren't for the differing participants and the (sometimes) newness of their queries - I'd really fall asleep doing this. I definitely need new challenges.
