Once a quarter (at least) Barbie and I go for a massage with the blind masseurs who have a room all to themselves in Greenhills.
This particular group, I got to know while assigned in the U2K2 project. So as I got to know them better, I did learn of them being in Greenhills - in fact, I probably had a massage with them in the past when they were located in the corridors of Virra Mall. But it was in the U2K2 project that I got to know some of them better.
As for the massage, it is something we do specially when one of us has had a tough week and we need to unwind. Yes, we've tried some home service massage, but we've yet to find one we can stick with - while the blind masseurs do not expect us every week - they're just there when we need them, so it's cool in a practical way.
Sometimes the masseur we get give us the right massage - really focusing on where we need it... basically our tense muscles, other times, it's like they just gave us some love taps which do feel good, but somehow feel less satisfying... but even in the latter case, we don't feel too bad because it's a relatively cheap service. As this picture shows, Bernice accompanied us this particular day and experienced some needed massage herself.
