Call it a hangover from watching the Hobbit... call it timing... but when I saw Buffy using Bryce's folded bed as a sleeping area, images of dragons or other creatures living in caves came to mind (though mostly dragons).
I mean imagine if you were relatively just about the size of this creature's eye... and you; with your party of course, happen ot stumble upon this large creature - sleeping. What would you do? Try and sneak around and not bother it's slumber (after all, you're not sure when it's last meal may have been)? Or would you throw caution to the wind and position yourselves for a slaughter (hopefully the creature's and not your party's)? Yeah... that's me and my imagination again. Either way, it looked like a good picture needing to be taken.
This is a milestone entry... it represents the 250th day of this project 365, which simply means we've just about 115 days to go. Whew... I have to admit that this has been the most challenging year for doing this project... and it's not as if things have been technically harder for me. Maybe after close to 3 years of doing this, the novelty (where some of the passion resides) seems to be waning. I'll finish this... no doubt about that. But I will seriously rethink a year IV. If anything else, I might resort of a less rigid structure of just one picture - lord knows, I've sacrificed some good pics in favor of just posting one., and maybe rethink the 'everyday' option as well.
