It may not be their first wedding - if I'm to understand it, this happened almost tow years ago in civil rites. But I guess a church wedding is something seen as definitely more serious, more binding... and more expensive.
I attended this wedding as one of the couple's Godfather - a request from Wendell, and I had no chance to really meet Leigh prior to the wedding date because Wendell was still in the U.S., and she in Singapore all this time. Love must really be in the air because these two have been able to sustain their feelings for each other even with this long distance between them. I can only hope and wish them the best... and likewise hope that I need not do my Godfatherly duties too much with this couple (meaning they will be in a strong loving relationship not in need of my wise words).
