I had to suddenly sub for someone and show up for Testing (day 1), because my colleague was too sick to come in.
Well, as I said, I was in rest, relax and recovering from a mild case of flu mode, so doing this was a bit difficult. In fact, before the day ended, I opted to call or text Malou to let her know I wouldn't be well enough to continue with day 2... and still have enough energy to handle my original scheduled conducts come Wednesday and Thursday. Even if I felt I needed to exert some effort to have a better year-end pay, I had to settle for the fact that if I forced myself to day 2, I might lose two days in return.
By the way, I took this picture during the lunch break - just to show how messy things can be while the training is ongoing... well, that and the fact that it is lunchtime, so we should expect some mess.
