Yeah, Christmas is definitely in the air. Aside from the lanterns, the most seen kind of traditional decors are balls and flowers (preferably red colored) placed on a wreath (not necessarily fresh, but paper-based, or plastic-based; if the price isn't too steep).
Traditionally, of course, when we say wreath, it's usually round-shaped, but recent versions just seem pliable enough to shape them into any manner desired. Usually, I see them straight and hung on fire place mantels, or over doors, or... as it seems these days, in that narrow space between escalators. Ah well...
