We all made it a point to spend Christmas eve in Cavite - the 2nd one after dad's passing. The Buenabora family is a large family, but in this particular instance, you can notice the fact that it was just Dict, Ben and Barbie here - plus us, to share Christmas with Mommy.
Hopefully, we were able to make the experience good enough for Mommy not to miss Dad too much. So this is where we waited for Christmas to come, where we Skyped the Buenaboras in Dubai, and where we attended Christmas eve mass (via television transmission) - and yes, where we had our usual gift-giving and thanksgiving meal.
