Global Innovative College:
Since September, I've taken over an Internet Marketing class and have been meeting my students and teaching them some lessons on Internet Marketing... the concepts, the ideas, the trends and issues surrounding doing business in the Web.
It's different than when i teach in Accenture, and it has it's challenges - mostly, in keeping things interesting so the students listen. Thing is, days like this where I just planed in from Cebu the night before (arriving at 10PM), I hardly have time to prep myself for the next lessons. I also have to work around certain limitations - as this picture shows, the classroom looks nice, but the internet connection is slow. There seems to be an unfocused direction on what they are supposed to do, and Saturday lessons are so few and far between. But it's a challenge I took, and I aim to finish it (I hope).
I don't know if I;ll take another load next semester, more so if these Cebu trips continue. But I'm not closing the door either - it's just that, Saturdays would usually be my rest day. So now I wonder if it's all worth it.
