Truth is, I don't really know what they're called - but I do know they taste great. No surprise, as they come from Rowena's in Tagaytay.
These tasty treats were a pasalubong from Bryce as he came back from his FormDev retreat. It was an unexpected treat, as we did not ask Bryce to buy these.
I guess, after their retreat, the group decided to go to Rowena's (it is a known place to buy such treats), for pasalubongs - and Bryce just rode with the flow and got something for us as well. Not taking anything away from what he did though, after all, he could just as easily not gotten anything... so I am grateful. In fact, next time I find myself at Rowena's, I'll probably pay more attention to such tarts (or pies) - like I said, I still have not figured out the name of these treats.
