Grilled Salmon:
One of the great finds Barbie and I have in the Greenhills weekend market is a steady supply of fresh Salmon. In the past, I've ordered several kilos and had them cut it into grill-able sizes, as well as sashimi bits.
We usually get Salmon belly and have it for Sinigang (a sour soup style, for you non-Filipinos), and let's face it. It may be a bit pricey, but it is healthy - as Salmon is very rich in Omega 3, so yeah... this is still part of our 'healthy eating leads to healthy living' routine. Not that we coined the slogan or anything like that - it just popped into my mind. Besides... Salmon tastes great, no doubt about that.
