Home Cooked Chops:
There are times when the food cooked at home somehow, some way beats those cooked at the usual fast food places... or even is some restaurants. I mean it. Small wonder that home cooked meals are the in-thing when it comes to people too busy to do their own cooking.
Classic example (so I'd like to think) are these Pork Chops cooked by Barbie - yes, we rarely eat deep fried stuff these days, so you can consider this our 'cheat' meal, so we won't crave for these things too much. But, just because they are fried chops doesn't mean they can't be cooked in a healthier manner. For one, these chops are cooked in olive oil and two (as the picture would indicate) they are fried with lots of garlic - heck, I love these deep fried garlic so much I try to get all of them while eating the chops with brown rice.
So yeah... cheat day... but we try to make sure there is some semblance of health in the dish - without sacrificing taste, to make the chops really great for meal time.
