This is the NAIA terminal 2 - the domestic flights waiting area. Specifically, one of several laptop tables arranged for travelers to plug into an outlet, so they can charge their batteries or use their laptops or pads while waiting for their flights.
It's a good thing too - after all, if one is requested to check in 2-hours before their scheduled flight, things can get really boring. Of course this would be pointless, had NAIA's management not considered installing WiFi access to the Internet - which they did, so waiting has become less tedious; at least... from this terminal's waiting passengers' perspective. Now if only they could do the same for the Cebu terminal.
