Saturdays are usually parlor day for Barbie (and occasionally, Bernice as well). Here we see Barbie patiently waiting for her nails to dry - both for the hands and the feet.
Every other week, I also join them to have my toe nails cleaned and any ingrown taken out , after all; and this is where I will only admit it, as we grow old (and fat), it becomes harder to clean one's own toe nails. So why bother exert the effort, when it is much easier to let the people at the parlor do the cleaning and cutting? Meanwhile, we just sit back and relax - or in some cases, even fall asleep while they do their work of cleaning nails.
