My new training regimen:
Although our training have slowed down these past two months (meaning the frequency of said training, of course), we still get an average of two days per week.
Such is the case here as well, and all I can do is bear with it - hoping things improve come the new Fiscal year, with starts this September. Of course, I can't expect changes to happen dramatically, and as of now, it still seems a slow pace. Never the less, I'm glad for any training that comes my way. Now, as for my new regimen, I have my lemon water, my iPad (specially useful when it's my partner's turn to facilitate), some form of throat candy (in this case, the Ricola), an the occasional coffee, which I take black these days.
