Summit breakfast:
One cannot really say they have experienced Cebu without having eaten danggit... a small, smoked, salty but crispy fish. To battle the saltiness, I teat it with some eggs - in this case, an omelet and dip the danggit in some vinegar.
It's a simple native breakfast, and I can't really remember when was the last time I had danggit. Maybe I can review this photoblog and discover it, assuming I captured such a time. Needless to say, I liked my breakfast, and waited for Tess before we both would go to Accenture for our Applications Testing School's day 1.
