This Sunday, we went doing just that. The reason, to look for the place where Jojie and Bernadette can have their celebration after Keith's baptism.
This is expected to happen in the middle of July (two days after they plane in form Dubai) and naturally, they don't have the time to do all the legwork for this. So, it falls on Ben (and us) to try looking for such a place.
One place in particular; upon Jojie's request, was a particular Chinese restaurant. Now it so happens that this self-same restaurant just opened a new branch in a newly built location. All looks fine, though the price is a bit high (by my standards - specially for a baptism... an event which the child will not grow to appreciate as to which place the celebration happens). In case Jojie likewise feels the price too steep, I whipped out the camera to just take a shot with the kids and with Barbie and Ben, standing beside the aquariums showing the fishes and lobsters just waiting to be chosen (and cooked).
See? The trip wasn't a total waste. On the side, Barbie is proudly wearing a La Salle shirt that Bryce gifted her.
