Leader's Window - Day 2
Training done and objective accomplished, as the picture shows. All the workshop's participants are now equipped to lead better and follow the model as introduced by the training.
I ended a bit early as these participants hardly had any questions (mostly just clarifications, really) and I noticed how they would confer with each other to consider how the lessons imparted could be put to good use when they get back to their respective work areas. Good luck to them on that too.
Surprisingly, and thankfully, these people were not your horror story personalities that some of my colleagues equate with BPO people. Though it may be a tad unfair, I cannot say that the BPO generalization is not happening. But I cannot totally agree. After all, I've handled BPO trainings - not just now, but even last year. So far, I've nto encountered such nightmare participants.
