Training seems to be few and far between these days. However, there are a few conducts that still continue to be scheduled. One such training given to me is the Leader's Window.
In this particular run, I was joined with Alain, and we handled a 1pm to 10pm schedule. It being a two-day training, we started this yesterday, and are scheduled to conclude this today. One this about this particular batch is the fact that they are rather quick in absorbing the lessons - and even requested the skipping of the coaching portion because they had already taken the course, and still remember the lessons imparted there. This means we're poised to finish around 2-hours earlier than scheduled.
My favorite activity has to be the part where each group (and there are normally four of them) needs to come up with a 3D model of a house. Since it also is the last activity, the workshop ends on a high note.
