Spaghetti Al Tonno:
With Barbie off to Malaysia, it falls on me to be the cook of the family, and I did say I would make some spaghetti, so I did.
Presenting my first try at making Spaghetti Al Tonno. You see, it was usually Barbie who does this - the tuna version I normally make is tomato-based, while this is more olive oil-based. Both happen to be a healthier version to any meat-based sauce (not that I'm ready to stop eating meat-based sauce), and as I said, I'm up for the challenge of making something I didn't make yet, so... here it is. Based on my kids' reactions, it looks like I got it on the first try (and I credit my being attentive to when Barbie makes it, or when she explains making it). The only difference? I did not mix the pasta with the sauce - this is because Ben may not be able to eat this sauce, so he can mix the spaghettata sauce I also prepared on the side.
Come to think of it, I think I'll also have the spaghettata instead. Not that I don't trust my own cooking, I just wanted to eat healthier.
