If there is any training that I can claim to have an exclusivity with Gina, it's Retail. You see, so far, Gina and I are the only two people doing this in Acenture - sometimes, I would even state, to our detriment. I say this because we are prioritized to facilitate these and in the process, lose out on facilitating some longer running training.
In this particular picture, I've got my participants working on making their strategic and operational plans based on some given. It's just to get their minds around the concept of making such plans and making sure that these are aligned - the usual fare for day 1 of retail planning.
