Leadership in the evening:
This has got to be one of my longest days ever. I started out working by conducting the Red Cross training (day2) and just went home for a bath and dinner - then went to work for a training I have to facilitate from 9pm to 6am. So yeah... it's a hell of a long day for me.
I'm conducting the Leader's Window... a workshop I can do with my eyes closed, and can likewise truncate where I can. In fact, I can even shave off half a day if I really wanted to - without sacrificing any learning. It's not cheating if I deliver the end results... it's efficiency, if I get to deliver them in a shorter time frame. It will also allow me to have an hour or two extra to sleep. Lucky for me, I don't have any conducts in the morning. As it is, I feel like a zombie already.
I just want my bed.
