One particularly great highlight of the day? The really great tasting pancit from Orchid Hotel (better known as a motel). Apparently, they make really great tasting pancit. So I intend to order this one day. It must really be an indicator about me that I just discovered this - which I guess a lot of people (the motel/hotel's clientele being the primary people I'm talking about) already know about. So yeah, I discovered one of Pasig's best kept secret. While my participants were discovering some of the business world's practices.
