Been a while since I've handled this training (meaning, it's been a while since it was given to me), but this is one training - because of how things are designed, is very memorable and hard to forget. After a glance at the materials, it all came back to me - and I was ready to handle the class.
I was also lucky to be paired with Mon, likewise a veteran of this course... so we could split the conduct materials and assignments evenly - which gave us more leeway with what to do. Putting all these into perspective, I can say that my Monday training load was relatively light - with the only stressful part being the drive to Cybergate (and the need to park a bit far from the building).
