Once in a while, I go into Book Sale with no expectations - just curious to see whatever new stuff they have to offer... and by new stuff, of course, I mean 2nd hand books, or surprisingly, new books on sale.
Take this specific book, for example... it may not be the latest version, but I'm betting that the lessons and tips inside it relating to digital photography are timeless. After all, so long as the tips do not cover a particular software, I'm sure whatever is going to be mentioned will be adaptable to any technology tool
Here's the kicker... had I tried getting this book at the regular bookstore, it would have cost me around three to four times more. As it is, I'm getting this at almost a steal.
So yeah... once in a while, I go to Book Sale... no expectations whatsoever - but on occasion (like today), I leave it with a treasure in mind. After all, anything that will add to my knowledge and skills as a photographer will go a long way in helping make a hobby possibly become a business venture some day.
