The idea was Barbie's and it was also because she had been gifted a free overnight accommodation in EDSA Shangrila Hotel. So, she availed of it - plus another day (so we'd only pay for a day), and we four went to enjoy a lazy weekend in Shang.
Now... one of the things we did was to pose this way, so we could relive an old photo - further making me realize that the last time we did a family vacation was several years ago... in Hong Kong. Why so long a wait? Unintended really... I mean, there have been plans - but for some reason, they don't pan out. Well we made sure this one did (after a delay - wherein we were hoping to do this during Barbie's birthday). So what did we do? For the most part... enjoy the hotel room and just snooze... and we also enjoyed the pool.
